Cancellation Policy
Academic Research Coaching Policy Thank you for choosing me as your private tutor. To ensure a smooth and effective tutoring experience, please review the following default policy: Scheduling Sessions: Sessions will be scheduled in advance based on mutual availability. Changes to session times must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, except in cases of emergency. Punctuality: Both the tutor and student agree to start and end sessions promptly at the scheduled time. If the tutor is running late, they will notify the student as soon as possible. Preparation: Students are expected to come to each session prepared with any necessary materials, assignments, and questions related to the subject matter. The tutor will also adequately prepare for each session to maximize productivity. Payment: Payment for tutoring sessions is due at the beginning or end of each session, unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or electronic transfer, as agreed upon by both parties. Cancellation Policy: If a session needs to be canceled or rescheduled, it should be done at least 24 hours in advance, except in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Communication: Open and respectful communication between the tutor and student is essential. Students are encouraged to ask questions, seek clarification, and provide feedback on the tutoring process to ensure their needs are met. Confidentiality: Both the tutor and student agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or academic information shared during tutoring sessions. Progress Tracking: The tutor will provide periodic updates on the student's progress and performance. Feedback will be given to help the student identify areas for improvement and track their academic growth. By engaging in tutoring sessions, both parties agree to abide by the terms outlined in this default policy.
