Materials should be clean and free from damage to ensure optimal scanning results. Handling and Care: Our team will handle all materials with the utmost care during the scanning process. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation, handling, or scanning due to pre-existing conditions or inherent fragility. Scanning Process: Our scanning process utilizes professional-grade equipment to produce high-quality digital copies of your photos and documents. While we strive for accuracy and precision, slight variations in color, resolution, or clarity may occur due to factors such as material condition or original quality. File Formats and Output: Clients can choose their preferred file formats for digitized materials, including JPEG, PDF, TIFF, or others, as available. Output resolutions and quality settings will be discussed and agreed upon before scanning begins. Privacy and Confidentiality: We prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our clients' materials. All scanned images and documents will be handled with discretion, and access will be limited to authorized personnel only. We do not share or distribute client materials without explicit consent. Turnaround Time: Turnaround time for scanning projects will depend on the volume and complexity of materials. We will provide an estimated completion time upon assessment of the project and endeavor to meet agreed-upon deadlines to the best of our ability. Payment: Payment for scanning services is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or electronic transfer, as specified by the client. Quality Assurance: We stand behind the quality of our scanning services.
